What You Need to Know

If you are like me than you have looked time and time again online for budget friendly meals for a family or just cheap meals in general. Also like me you probably came across a ton of sites that said they are budget friendly, but in reality they are just "cheap" by serving size. Families do not cook by serving size so why would you make a site that states they are budget friendly?
Here at Cooking on a Budget, I'm making recipes that I have personally made for cheap. Yes, I mean cheap as in the whole dish is cheap and not by the serving size price of the dish. I hope you find these recipes and blog posts interesting and I also hope you find some that will work for you.
