Cheese Pigs in a Blanket

Now we all know that hotdogs are known to be cheap and they are usually one of the foods you can get sick of pretty darn quickly. This recipe right here will make hotdog night a little bit better for everyone who dreads the hotdog on bread routine. This has been one of my favorite recipes to make and my kids love it so much. It's also fairly cheap to buy the ingredients as well. This recipe is going to show you the cheapest way possible to make it as well. It may be cheap, but boy oh boy is it delicious. You can omit the hotdogs and add deli meat and serve with some tomato soup as well.

Ingredients:

1 Pack Bar-S Hotdogs ($0.98 at Walmart)

1 Roll Great Value Crescent Rolls ($0.82 at Walmart)

Great Value Sliced Cheese ($1.96 at Walmart)

Preheat the oven to the temperature on the crescent rolls can.

Open the crescent rolls and roll them out individually.

Fold the sliced cheese so you have four equalish lines of cheese.

Lay one piece of cheese in the middle of the roll.

Starting from the smaller tip of the roll, roll the hotdog until its covered by the one roll. Continue doing that for the other crescent rolls.

Bake for the time on the crescent roll can or until brown. (If you have frozen hotdogs, either thaw them beforehand or cook the hotdogs slightly)

This is a fairly cheap and delicious recipe that you can easily modify in anyway you want. Prices may vary depending on where you shop or live. The total cost to make this is $3.76 plus tax for 8 Pigs in a Blanket. If you want it even cheaper, just omit the cheese.
